We are joing forces with The National Association For Moms In Business (NAFMIB), the leading association representing the fifteen million entrepreneur, executive and CEO moms has named February 14th as “Love Your Business Day™”, and we're inviting your organization to participate.
Traditionally, February 14th is a day to honor many of the special people we love, particularly our spouses and special some ones. For many small and microbusiness business owners, their business has become their “spouse” or “mistress”. Just like any great relationship, a business needs to be nurtured and cared for. In support of business owners everywhere, Love Your Business Day™ is giving those “married” to their business a chance to celebrate the day of love by receiving specials to help grow their business and help it succeed.
“It’s a great day to start a business idea you love or take that extra step to nurture your business to the next level,” says Gina Robison-Billups, organizer/founder of the Love Your Business Day™ initiative and CEO of the National Association For Moms In Business. “Love Your Business Day™ offers thousands of dollars in benefits offered to celebrate entrepreneurship, build businesses, and create jobs through small business growth.”
Organizations and companies from around the country will be participating in Love Your Business Day™ by giving free service offers and discounts to celebrate business growth and give America’s love for small business a chance to expand. For example, NAFMIB is celebrating Love Your Business Day™ by accepting applications for their Moms In Business Grant – the first and only crowdfunding business grant and offering applicants a way to raise money for their business and win a grand prize grant package worth $30,000 in business growth tools and cash.
Companies and organizations interested in joining the initiative can offer free or discounted business products and services to the Love Your Business Day™ movement for free. You can post discounts and freebies that help businesses grow on LoveYourBusinessDay.com and on facebook.com/loveyourbusiness and upload the Love Your Business Day badge to your company’s website to identify your company, blog, or organization as a part of the initiative. There is no charge to participate in the Love Your Business Day™ initiative.
